In the final phase of this project series, I used MS Project to track resource usage and integrate it into the existing project schedule. I also developed a comprehensive cash flow report using both MS Project and Excel to ensure accurate financial tracking throughout the project. This phase demonstrated my ability to manage project resources efficiently and to analyze financial data to maintain project viability.

I can contribute expertise in resource management, financial reporting, and the use of MS Project and Excel for accurate project planning and budgeting.
