In the Human-Centered Design (HCI) course, I developed a prototype application, Aqua-Campus, designed to help students and faculty easily locate water fountains and bottle-filling stations on campus.

The app features a user-friendly, accessible interface with context-aware functionalities and a search feature to enhance convenience. I applied HCI principles throughout the design process, conducting research through interviews, ethnography, and cognitive mapping to ensure the app met users' needs.
This project strengthened my skills in user research, interface design, and prototype development.
As well as in applying HCI concepts to create intuitive, practical solutions!
Objective
Course: Human-Centered Design (HCI) -Fall 2023
HCI Project: Aqua-Campus Prototype Application
Created a Prototype of an Application that would be catered to students/faculty on campus by allowing them to locate water fountains/water bottle filling stations near them.
Used HCI components to make the prototype accessible for students by making creating a convenient, easy-to-use interface, adding context-aware features, and as well as having a search functionality.
Conducted thorough research via interviews, ethnography, cognitive mapping, and as well as research online to include HCI components.
