In the course Managing Information Systems Projects, I created a Project Charter for software development and office expansion, detailing objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. This project highlighted my skills in case analysis, scope definition, documentation, and goal communication—the expertise I bring to project planning, stakeholder analysis, and timeline management.

Project 1: Project Charter

  • Created a Project Charter based on a Case Study. Analyzed a case study to identify the project's objectives, scope, and responsibilities.

  • Drafted a project charter document that clearly and concisely communicated the project's goals, deliverables, and timelines.

I created a project charter for a new software and office expansion development project based on a case study of a company. The project charter included a detailed description of the project's objectives, business case, organizational context, scope (in-scope/out-scope activities), deliverables, constraints, assumptions, timelines, and budget.
