Khadiza Rahman is a first-generation Bengali American currently majoring in Information Management and Technology with concentrations in Project Management and Web Design Management at the iSchool, Syracuse University. Before studying and having a passion for technology, she had an entrepreneurial spirit. She found herself starting her own baking business and fell in love with social media, and design where she developed a keen eye for attention to detail, refined her taste, and built a strong foundation in business and technical acumen.

KhadijaBakes, established in 2019, is a home-based baking business that curates delicious desserts, inspired by desi flavors and South East Asian desserts!
In Bengali culture, food is a profound expression of love and care, whether it's through cooking, sharing, or gifting. Meals are prepared with devotion, and offering food is seen as a way to connect and nurture relationships. Inspired by her heritage and her mother, Khadiza started this baking business to show appreciation for Bengali culture, where love is often shared through the warmth and generosity of food.
